{"id":251,"date":"2022-03-22T14:36:27","date_gmt":"2022-03-22T14:36:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lbr.humblenorth.de\/lbr\/wp2\/?page_id=251"},"modified":"2023-11-28T10:31:55","modified_gmt":"2023-11-28T10:31:55","slug":"faq","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lbr.humblenorth.de\/lbr\/wp2\/faq\/","title":{"rendered":"FAQ"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"transfer-progress\"><\/a>How can I transfer my progress to other devices?<\/h3>\n<p>You need a Humble North account for this:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Register an account via the ingame account dialog <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-142\" src=\"https:\/\/lbr.humblenorth.de\/lbr\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/spr_icon_user.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/>, verify your email address, log in.<\/li>\n<li>In the account dialog, click on <strong>Cloud Saves<\/strong> and choose a cloud slot.<\/li>\n<li>You can now load your progress on other devices using<strong> Load cloud save #x.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Good to know:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your progress will be saved every 5 minutes to the cloud.<\/li>\n<li>If you want to quit the game, use the &#8220;Save &amp; Quit&#8221; button in the options menu. The progress will be saved and pushed to the cloud. The game will quit after the transfer was completed.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure the option <strong>Upload save to cloud option<\/strong> is enabled under the Misc tab in the options menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"login-fail\"><\/a>I can&#8217;t log in to my Humble North account<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>After registration, you&#8217;ll receive a confirmation email with a verification link. <strong>Please also check your spam folder<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If you verified your email address and you are still unable to log in, reset your password, use a password without special chars and try again.<\/li>\n<li>Also, if there is a game update available, update to the latest version and try logging in again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"unclaimable-dlc-packs\"><\/a>DLC packs can&#8217;t be claimed (PC\/Steam)<\/h3>\n<p>Please follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update to the latest version of the game<\/li>\n<li>Make sure Steam overlay is enabled<\/li>\n<li>In the Steam Library, select Leaf Blower Revolution -&gt; Manage DLC -&gt; Enable all checkboxes -&gt; Scroll down -&gt; Click save<\/li>\n<li>Click on Restore DLC Purchases in the DLC Shop ingame<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"no-supporter-items-mobile\"><\/a>Supporter Items not Received (Mobile)<\/h3>\n<p>After the purchase, the supporter items are not added to your inventory automatically. In the DLC shop, click on the relevant\u00a0<strong>Claim<\/strong> buttons to get the items.<\/p>\n<p>Also make sure your game is connected go Google Play. The status can be seen in the options menu in the bottom right corner.<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"pending-purchases\"><\/a>Pending Purchases (Mobile)<\/h3>\n<p>Generally, the purchase should be completed within a couple of minutes.
